I am consulting and coaching managers regarding issues of strategic direction, board structuring and leadership development. I do that in three roles.

Management consultant

As a consultant I focus on a sounding board role regarding strategic direction and board structuring. Key questions are:

• Is our strategy up to date? Do we agree on the priorities?
• Is our governance structure in tune with our strategy?
• Help us in evaluating the functioning of our team (Management Team, Board).

Leadership coach

As a coach I support managers in their leadership development. Key issues:

• The challenge of the new job, also as a board member,
• The choice of the next step in one's professional life,
• Development of one's leadership style,
• Management team dynamics and
• Striking the balance between work and personal life.

Regarding my coaching activities, I work in an association with four other coaches: Association of Business Coaches.

Non executive board member

The organisations were I serve as a non executive board member have a strong focus on social responsibility as a common denominator: a bank, and a centre for drug and alcohol addicts.
